- Receive support requests and issues related to software platform.
- Effectively process the first step of analysis to come out with impact/scope of the raised requests/issues.
- Feedback to issue owner in a timely manner with useful information.
- Support and resolve the in-house application issues using critical thinking and logical reasoning.
- Communicate the problems and resolutions to development team to improve the ongoing service delivery.
- Assist the development team members with testing and debugging.

Yêu cầu kinh nghiệm
- Working knowledge of SQL Databases & software system in general.
- Associates Degree or above in Computer Science or Equivalent.
- Good verbal and written communication in English.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekend if required.
- Self-control under pressure and high responsibility.
Bonus Points:
- 1+ year(s) experience in a Business Analyst role.
- 1+ year(s) of experience working in a software application support position and software development methodologies.
