- Make plan for analysis and development
- Manage project plan with many different stakeholders
- Analyse business process requirement
- Design To-Be process with the team and customer
- Design Data model and Report
- Design Screen, UI, UX
- Manage issues, problem if there are any from customer and from the team
- Test application in each iteration to make sure it works properly in most of all scenarios

- Bachelor holder
- At least 2 year experience or more
- Analysis skill
- Organize meeting
- Good in writing notes and listening skills in any Customer Interview
- Excellent communication and Presentation skill
- Modeling and Design business process
- Design database, data object
- Able to understand and design a Relation Entity Diagram
- Can read and design in UML language
- Familiar with Use-cases diagram and Sequence Diagram
