English Project Manager PHP

Yêu cầu kinh nghiệm

Mandatory skills

  • A degree would be nice, however passion, attitude, and experience matter more.
  • Fluent English communication skills. German is a plus.
  • At least 3 years’ Project Management in Web and Software Development, technical leadership experience is an advantage.
  • Have technical background (ideally in PHP, JavaScript)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Expect to work with a digital agency to manage multiple projects portfolio
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong technical abilities to understand the true needs and problems of your customers.
  • Developing a vision for the direction of the product.
  • Good negotiation skill and project management skills
  • Agile/SCRUM methodology
  • Interested in traveling and visiting our customers on-site

Big Plus

  • Big Data, NoSQL, Redis
  • Strong background in UI/UX Design with a thorough knowledge of UX/UI standards, design principles, and usability factors
  • AWS
