- Consulting team: Self-managed, Strong Business Analysis, Communication skills are a must, moderate level of knowledge and experience with Java, SQL, Database is required.- Project Manager/Team Leader: to become a Team Leader or Project Manager, the candidate must first be proven as a competent Technical Consultant. Besides, the PM/TL must possess excellent communication & organization skills.- Research & Development team: Excellent Java or Android programming skills is a must.
