IT-Development (ITD) was born of the simple idea that advanced software, adapted to a specific need, can achieve significant gains in productivity. ITD’s software was initially tried out by the Osracom Telecom group, before being adopted by France Telecom on an international scale, and by several other internationally renowned players in telecommunications. Initially focused on managerial issues, the directors of ITD recognized the imperative need to bring the users onboard, by making their everyday jobs easier. Today, ITD attracts and wins over new customers by promoting best practices, a love for the work and a constant will to do better.
