NOGGIN

As we are starting our process of setting up Noggin office in Vietnam, which takes some time, and we do not want to wait till then only to be hiring, we have decided to post the job openings and hire our local staffs first on contract basis. Once the Noggin VN office is set up, all contracted staffs will be converted to permanent.

Candidates who are hired on this initial contract are remunerated at least 20-40% higher than local market salaries, depending in the level of experience and seniority. This higher difference is to cover the staff benefits like 13mth month salary and  medical insurance. It has a minimum of 15 days annual leave plan. Staff may also expect to travel overseas like Singapore (HQ) or internationally for training, project work or company and product development meetings.
