Silentium is a startup in the heart of Saigon building healthcare products. Healthcare has not yet had the same technological disruptions that have affected so much else of our world. By adding Agile value to the industry, we believe we are making everyone's lives better. We're a small but growing product team. Most of us have experience working overseas in Singapore, Australia, and other places. We want to work with people who will ask questions when they don't know something. People who will tell us when we're saying something that sounds like bullshit. People who are curious and will teach us something new. People who have empathy for our users and for their coworkers. People who will tell us when something needs to change. And most importantly, people who want to be better than they are today.

We use Java and JavaScript, like all right-thinking people should. Many of us have extensive experience with Scala and don't like it, for a variety of reasons. But if you like Scala we won't judge you. Much.We use VertX, queryDsl, and RethinkDB on the backend. We have babel, webpack, and a bunch of react on the frontend.We have experience with microservices but don't think they make sense for young projects, so the current architecture is a monolith.
