1 WORKING HOURS
Working hours is flexible and the standard guideline is between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with 1 hour break for lunch.
Staff can start early and finish early to keep in sync with Australia working hours
Staff must advise (ASAP) respective team lead and/or office manager if coming to work late
If staff need to take some time off during working week for personal matters then staff should notify and seek authorisation from department manager. Staff are allowed to work extra hours during the week to make up for those time once approved.
Working from home is possible and will be determined case by case basis by department manager.
Some staff are required to work extra hours during weekend for specific purpose such as Conversion or Installation then Leave in Lieu can be applied. Leave in Lieu is not accumulative and should be used first before Annual Leave.
2 HOLIDAYS
12 days Annual Leave per annum. Annually leave is accumulated up to 2 years. Company will pay if it is less than 5 days then the company will clear the balance. If It is more than 5 days then The employee will take leave to reduce the balance to 5 days.
Additional one annual leave day for every five years of service
10 days public holidays per annum or as per the government regulations
3 LEAVES
Sick Leave: 5 days paid per annum (no roll-over). Staff need to produce doctor certificate if sick leave is taken more than one day consecutively.

Month 13th bonus (paid before Tet and depends on company performance. If staff signed HDLD less than 12 months then the bonus is calculated pro-rata)

Full pay during Probation Period
The OT rate is negotiable between the employer and the employee
Weekly budget for team buildings and social purposes (150,000 VND per week per person)
Fully sponsored trip to Australia for training and work experience purposes where applicable and determined by the head of department
End or mid-year break for the entire team (i.e.: in 2015 we went to Hanoi for 3 days and 2 nights)
