Business Analysis

• Analyze and model the business domain to create a complete picture of work-flows and technical requirements fulfilled by existing or proposed applications.
• Define the business problem and primary objectives of new projects. Identify and validate key business requirements.

Documentation
 

• Create functional requirements in use cases. Coordinate requirements walk-through and sign-offs, verifying with user representatives/stakeholders that use cases and process models accurately portray specific business needs.
• Ensure clean and accurate documentation that may include aspects such as business requirements, client requirements, and technical specifications.
• Ensure that all documents are safely kept and accessible for future reference, and carry out routine testing of software patches; assist with new releases.

Collaboration
 

• Collaborate with stakeholders on requirement analysis, project update and user acceptance.
• Collaborate with development team to ensure functional requirements are fulfilled correctly and project status is always on track.
• Collaborate with infrastructure team on deployment process for either system change deployment or new system deployment.
