Define the vision, roadmap for the product and delivering it against established timelines
Lead a diverse team comprised of members from Engineering, Product and Design to implement the product roadmap
Gather and manage product feedback through user surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing
Design, monitor and report on product KPIs
Be a champion of the MVP concept, distilling the product down to what is desirable, viable and feasible
Communication progress of product development to key stakeholders (e.g. GM, sponsors, Board); prepare reports for key decisions by Board (e.g. budget for product)
Build the Product team to support scale up of the venture; recruit and retain team members

7+ years of strong Product Management experience (building & managing product, design, engineering, and vendor teams)
Demonstrated track record in launching products from ground up, with strong prioritization and requirements trade-off expertise
Broad base of knowledge spanning digital technology, strategy and business planning, user experience design, engineering and agile/lean development practices.
Excellent leadership skills with experience leading Product, Engineering and Design teams in a fast paced and high growth environment
Strong project management skills - ability to manage time and schedules to meet aggressive deadlines
Agile and Lean expert (preferred)
Ability to work with executive level stakeholders
Strong understanding of mobile and web technologies and industries
Experience preferred in video streaming or media industry
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited educational institution in a technical discipline (computer science, electrical engineering
