Mô tả công việc

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. You will be a lead developer responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills. 

Responsibilities

  • Continuous Integration and Software Development/Customization for software product.
  • Hands-on development lead, able to code daily and also able to face senior management and other team leads.
  • Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code
  • Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to insure project meets business objectives and compliance standards
  • Designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting and supporting all types of applications consistent with established specifications and business requirements to deliver business value.
  • Support test and deployment of new products and features
  • Participate in code reviews

Kỹ năng

CSS JavaScript Java

Yêu cầu kinh nghiệm

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Sound and proven skills in application designing using Java Design patterns.
  • Familiarity with RDBMS, MySQL, Tuning SQL.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work and lead the team.
  • Understanding of software development cycles, tests methodologies, debugging strategies and risk management is mandatory.
  • Actively keeping yourself up to date with the latest technological trends, tools, and frameworks.

Nice to have:

  • Experienced in using Spring Framework and ORM (JPA, Hibernate).
  • Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax. Have ability to do development work for both back-end and front-end.
  • Good knowledge of AWS, Linux & GIT.
