1. Position Summary

80% Handle of exports document: prepare export documents and send the document to the customer by both email and express courier;
20% Handle of local delivery: arrange delivery to the local customer.

2. Key Responsibilities

Preparing export certificates: Phytosanitary, Fumigation, Health & Organic certificates, and packing declarations;
Preparing all Certificates of Origin: AK, VK, B, D, E, AANZ, EUR.1, CPTPP, REX, and others;
Issuing invoices and packing lists for export shipments;
Making customs declarations and clearances for export shipments;
Collecting and submitting documents to customers by email and express courier;
Resolving any related issues during the above operations.

3. Job Requirement

At least 1 year of experience;
Good knowledge of Certificate of Origin, export and delivery, shipping documents, and Incoterms;
Proficiency in export procedures;
Proficiency in Customs declaration and customs regulations;
Good English communication skills, both written and spoken;
Proficiency in MS Office and ECUS VNACCS.
