Middle/ Senior Ruby on Rails Developer

Who we are looking for 

• Excellent understanding ofMVC, ORM, RESTful, OOP.
• Good knowledge and experienced ofRuby, Ruby on Rails, JavaScript.
• Experienced with PostgreSQL
• Experienced with one of modern JavaScript framework: Vue, Vue.js, React.js, AngularJS, Backbone.js
• Good knowledge of infra：AWS (EC2, RDS, ElastiCache, DynamoDB, Lambda , etc)
• Monitoring:Mackerel, New Relic, Datadog
• Tools:Ansible, Docker
  • Others tool：Slack, GitHub, PivotalTracker, esa, Capistrano
• Experience with Ruby on Rails, along with other common libraries such asRspec
• Good understanding of the syntax of Ruby and its nuances
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
• Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors (such asSass, based on project requirements)
• A knack for writing clean, readable Ruby code
• Ability to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes
• Able to implement automated testing platforms and unit tests
• Proficient understanding of Git
• Familiarity with continuous integration
• Good teamwork skill.
• Good communication by English.
• Be willing to learn about ASP.Net

Nice-to-Have Skills/Qualifications:

• Have experience inKaizen methodology.
• Have ability to handle stressful situations.
• Familiar with working in Agile environment.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Good presentation skills.
• Fluent Japanese is a plus.
