Define and further develop internal product visions & strategies
Understand the needs of the different internal customers (Product Managers, marketing team, product support, customer support)
Identify the recurrent needs of the organization, and the opportunities to contribute to the overall product roadmap(s) by proactively developing an offer of internal products and services
Own the internal offering of tools and common elements to power the customer-facing products for our B2B and B2C products, including internal/partner APIs, administration areas, data analysis tools, etc
Internal marketing of the internal solutions developed by the team, in order to avoid “reinventing the wheel”; identify opportunities to leverage existing products to solve additional problems
Support the product team in the design, development and testing of solutions
Indirect management of a junior resource dealing with data-entry and data-quality insurance for the different products

Agile Product Manager Business Analyst

Yêu cầu kinh nghiệm

Experience in digital product management (3 years +) as Product Manager / Product Owner / Business Analyst or similar role
Excellent skills in English communication (both written and spoken) – TOEIC 750+ or equivalent
Understanding and a previous experience working for Marketplace and/or in the automotive industry is a plus
Strong prioritization and analytical thinking skills
Experience dealing with internal customers and excellent internal stakeholder management
Ability to see “the big picture” and to think in terms of overall contribution of the product toward the global offering goals
At ease with web technologies (and ideally App development), and with agile methodologies. You are able to understand technically complex systems and be able to ask the right questions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, can coordinate the work with various stakeholders on site as well as in Switzerland
