Responsibilities:

• Researching & reporting on Internet business models;
• Elicited and researched user needs of new or optimized functions and utilities to improve customer experience and increase number of website users;
• Making detailed plans for product development;
• Making Documents of the function (detailing product requirements, mock up, interfaces,…) developers to implement and Tester to build test cases documents;
• Closely coordinating with IT team, Designer, QA … for quality and functional progress assurance (Role of Product owner in Scrum model);
• Monitor product KPIs, report to Product Leader and CTO;
• Supporting Product Manager in other tasks of the project.
