Yêu cầu kinh nghiệm
Mandatory skills
- A degree would be nice, however passion, attitude, and experience matter more.
- Fluent English communication skills. German is a plus.
- At least 3 years’ Project Management in Web and Software Development, technical leadership experience is an advantage.
- Have technical background (ideally in PHP, JavaScript)
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Expect to work with a digital agency to manage multiple projects portfolio
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong technical abilities to understand the true needs and problems of your customers.
- Developing a vision for the direction of the product.
- Good negotiation skill and project management skills
- Agile/SCRUM methodology
- Interested in traveling and visiting our customers on-site
Big Plus
- Big Data, NoSQL, Redis
- Strong background in UI/UX Design with a thorough knowledge of UX/UI standards, design principles, and usability factors
- AWS
