Description:
The Software Quality Assurance Lead is responsible to lead the overall quality management for software projects, and collaborate with business analysts, software developers, designers, and company leadership to ensure the highest quality software products deliver to customers and strategic partners.. Also performs software testing for the web, mobile devices, and other technology platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a group of manual/automation QA engineers, working closely with Development and Product team
- Create test plans and coordinate their review and incorporation into project plans
- Create, document and execute test cases to provide coverage of project requirements
- Provide reports on the progress of test development and test execution, including requirements coverage and defect metrics
- Analyze the results of testing, submit defect reports, and lead the triage of defect reports to ensure that they are properly prioritized and assigned
- Assess the quality of application development projects

Yêu cầu kinh nghiệm
Required Skills:
- 4+ years as SQA Lead on web and mobile applications
- Experience with API Testing is a plus
- Foundation knowledge of Software testing (ISTQB preferred)
- Good communication skills in dealing directly with customers for feedback
- Good problem solving skills
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment
- English communication
Nice to have:
- Programming knowledge
- Experience with Testlink, Atlassian Jira, Redmine, git
- Scrum/Agile methodologies
