UX Design

  • Support research, create persona, journey, user flow
  • Understand product specifications and user psychology
  • Defines Structure throughout company products
  • Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends
  • Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
  • Work with UI designers to implement attractive designs

UI Design

  • Implementation user interface following given wireframe
  • In charge of creating and well-controlling team’s libraries/components throughout any version design
  • Flexibly catch up with colleagues in any assigned projects, propose UI improvements
  • Work closely with Front-End developers during delivering products progress, making sure the output has the great quality

Kỹ năng

UI-UX Team Leader Designer

Yêu cầu kinh nghiệm

  • Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role
  • Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
  • Proficient in design software (e.g. Figma, Balsamiq)
  • 3+ years of experience as a User Interface designer, graphic designer
  • Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite especially Photoshop, Illustrator, basic After Effect
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Analytical mind with a business acumen
