- Design the user interface to be friendly, accessible and consistent with strategic products
- Collaborate with a team of experienced product developers, marketers and designers to ensure a consistent user experience across complex workflows being worked on individually by many small, fast-moving, cross-functional teams
- Facilitate user research, in collaboration with the team, to validate prototypes and conduct ongoing usability testing of the working software to solve the pain points of users

Yêu cầu kinh nghiệm
- High fluency in using the popular design toolkit (Figma, Sketch, XD, Illustrator, etc)
- Strong technical aptitude, product common sense, and curiosity combined with a genuine love for products, people, and user experience
- A cutting-edge portfolio of software design that demonstrates outstanding interaction design skills across multiple devices as well as a thorough understanding of graphic design, page layout, and typography.
- Intermediate to advanced understanding of HTML/CSS, responsive web design, with direct experience optimizing design concepts around these technologies
- Strong user research skill is a plus
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible approach and an ability to operate effectively with uncertainty and change
- Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a “can-do” attitude
