As part of the product team, you will work on designing new features and constantly improving existing ones. You will take part in our product discussions, develop ideas and work out concepts, create high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes, write specifications and collaborate with UX and UI designers, engineers and product owners to implement your designs. Report to Product Manager.
Yêu cầu kinh nghiệm
- 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role
- Close collaboration with stakeholders such as clients, product owners or supervisors including presenting and explaining design decisions to them and taking their demands into consideration during the design process
- Conceptualising and creating the ux of a digital product / website including product features, user flows and information architecture
- Conceptualising and creating the visual style of a product / website and direct, improve and alter it throughout the project
- Mobile app design experience (both iOS and Android)
- Design of user interfaces from first scribbles, to wireframes and high fidelity visual designs
- Working with all kinds of design software such as Sketch, Figma and prototyping skills (Protopie, Principle, Framer or sim)
- Basic knowledges in UX research to understand user behaviors, needs, and attitudes using different observation and feedback collection methods
- Experience with working in an agile work environment
- Giving in-depth design critique and feedback
- Strong communication in English and Vietnamese
The following would be a huge plus:
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS
- SaaS enterprise product experience
- Ability to present user stories in a compelling way
