We are looking for experienced developers who want to work in a product company and be fully responsible for their own projects from conception to user feedback. This is a great opportunity to be part of the company from the beginning, have autonomy on projects and influence on culture, methods and the work environment.

As a senior developer, you will be given responsibility and the option to run cross-team projects as they come up, and we expect you to proactively bring ideas and suggestions for further improving our architecture and processes. You control the face of the company and will need to cooperate closely with other teams to ensure new data from those teams end up improving portal features.

We are about 60 employees, who live and breathe our product, working in a flat and agile structure with small teams who make independent decisions. The product is constantly being improved, and we follow up on all new features to see how they perform and if they work as expected.

Our new team member is a timely, problem-solving person, a good motivator and coach.

You should be an expert with 5+ years of experience in some of these, have knowledge about many, and know when to ask others for support for the remaining ones.
