We are currently looking for a QA Analyst in Da Nang, Vietnam.
Once here you will:
- Be part of the entire process of developing a feature, from the planning phase to the final product delivery
- Work closely with developers and product owner to make sure we deliver a good quality product which respects the specifications set in the planning phase
- Lead and own new features and implementation efforts
- Be the user’s voice and make sure our efforts serve real user needs
- Plan, conduct and monitor testing of features and products to ensure finished product quality
- Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures
- Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities
- Collect and compile statistical quality data
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system

Yêu cầu kinh nghiệm
Key Experience:
- 3+ years of relevant experience - tools, concepts, methodologies, quality inspection, auditing and testing
- Good English communication skills
- Structured, organized, detail-oriented
- Bachelor's degree or other relevant training
Nice to have:
- SQL knowledge - basic queries, join tables (inner/outer joins), a basic understanding of relational databases
- Knowledge of automation testing (Selenium) and SEO are a big plus
- Experience in using Issue & project tracking tools (like JIRA)
- Other languages besides English/Vietnamese represent an advantage
