  • Receive support requests and issues related to software platform.
  • Effectively process the first step of analysis to come out with impact/scope of the raised requests/issues.
  • Feedback to issue owner in a timely manner with useful information.
  • Support and resolve the in-house application issues using critical thinking and logical reasoning.
  • Communicate the problems and resolutions to development team to improve the ongoing service delivery.
  • Assist the development team members with testing and debugging.

Yêu cầu kinh nghiệm

  • Working knowledge of SQL Databases & software system in general.
  • Associates Degree or above in Computer Science or Equivalent.
  • Good verbal and written communication in English.
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekend if required.
  • Self-control under pressure and high responsibility.

Bonus Points:

  • 1+ year(s) experience in a Business Analyst role.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience working in a software application support position and software development methodologies.
