• Managing project deliverables and quality in line with the project plan.
• Managing project scope and change control and escalating issues when necessary
• Manage, motivate and lead project teams to meet project objectives
• Guide and coach the team and organization to follow Agile/Scrum practices
• Facilitate daily scrum meeting, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings
• Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
• Ensure and facilitate cross-team, cross-department coordination
• Maintain relevant metrics that help the team see how they are doing, and report team progress to senior management
• Remove impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment
• Support the Product team, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog
• Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
• Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example
• Ability to assess risk and manage contingency plans
