Managing project deliverables and quality in line with the project plan.
Managing project scope and change control and escalating issues when necessary
Manage, motivate and lead project teams to meet project objectives
Guide and coach the team and organization to follow Agile/Scrum practices
Facilitate daily scrum meeting, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings
Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
Ensure and facilitate cross-team, cross-department coordination
Maintain relevant metrics that help the team see how they are doing, and report team progress to senior management
Remove impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment
Support the Product team, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog
Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example
Ability to assess risk and manage contingency plans

Agile Product Manager Project Manager

Yêu cầu kinh nghiệm

Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or related area) preferred with at 5 years of solid experience in Software Product Development such as Process, User Experience
Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc.
Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules and practices.
Good skills to coach team how to follow Agile Scrum.
Basic knowledge of software development processes and procedures
Knowledge about tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories etc.
Knowledge about Agile techniques like: User Stories, Continuous Integration, TDD, Continuous Testing, Automated Testing, etc
Planning Experience
JIRA / Confluence experience
2 years + Scrum Master Experience in any well-known software environment.
Excellent communication and mentoring skills
Good in presentation, reporting & time management skills
