- General administration and configuration of JIRA, Confluence, and associated plugins to maximize efficiency in using the tools
- Developing metrics, dashboards, reports and advanced filters to provide leadership with meaningful operational/performance metrics and status reports
- Creating/maintaining Confluence spaces and permission schemes, and JIRA projects, workflows, screen schemes, custom fields, permission schemes and notification schemes
- Onboarding new teams to JIRA and help existing teams optimize their workflows
- Providing user management, training, and support for JIRA / Confluence to teams as needed
- Applying built-in customization and third party add-ons to extend JIRA / Confluence functionality as needed, e.g Structure, Tempo …
- Developing custom scripts / Rest APIs calls to integrate other systems with JIRA and to pull data for metrics reporting. Develop and deploying custom plugins for JIRA
- Analyzing requests for new JIRA functionality, implement new features, triage incoming support requests and handle or route appropriately.
- Leading upgrade testing to make sure new versions of JIRA / Confluence and plugins can be successfully deployed to production with no negative user impacts
- Troubleshooting issues with JIRA / Confluence and apply fixes as needed

Yêu cầu kinh nghiệm
- 3-5 years of experience with advanced knowledge of the Atlassian Suite and features, with excellent understanding of general administration and configuration with JIRA and Confluence.
- Prior knowledge with leveraging tools to support agile/ devops software development
- Ability to work in a fast-changing, dynamic, and agile environment
- Strong trouble-shooting skills and ability to solve problems at their root, thinking at a systems level and understanding the broad context of the tools usefulness
- Proven ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to work with team members to gather and understand business requirements and translate into optimal JIRA / Confluence solutions
- Works confidently and comfortably independently, prioritizing and delivering effectively to deliver value to the end users. Energy and passion to invent and create new solutions and drive positive change
- Ability to prioritize across multiple requests and meet deadlines
