Tribe Purpose

The Technology Tribe works to support the business by developing solutions required for the business. The tribe is to advice and design solutions based on requirements and feasibilities of various chapters and tribes, developing such solutions based on the architecture drawn while ensuring quality assurance throughout the development and execution of solutions. The Technology tribe is required to be equipped with forefront programming skills to provide innovative design and advice on improvements to meet business needs.

Role Description

The Front End Developer will be responsible for the design, development and execution of web and mobile products by bridging the gap between graphical design and technical implementation. The Front End Developer will implement server-side code to develop complex, interactive, content managed, and database driven websites. Specifically, the Front End Developer will work alongside other tribe members to build up front end templates, HTML, CSS/SASS, JavaScript and jQuery that work across all major browsers and devices, bringing Techcombank’s digital platform to live. The role also works with squad members in driving Techcombank’s digital agenda.

Responsibilities

1. Programming

• Drive and deliver top quality HTML, CSS, JQuery and JavaScript front-end code across a broad array of interactive web projects
• Ensure that all materials produced have a high degree of quality, accuracy, and timeliness and complies with accessibility standards
• Collaborate with back-end developers to troubleshoot and solve coding issues, improving usability
• Maintain graphic standards and branding throughout the product’s interface
• Actively test and debug program to ensure stability and accuracy
• Develop and maintain front end code that improves analytical and statistical modeling and forecasting methods to support business tribes in their decision maki
